(“Website”), owned and operated by SIA L.E.A., registered in Latvia . By purchasing or selling tickets through our platform, you (“User”, “Buyer” or “Seller”) agree to these Terms.

2. Scope of Service
ProTickets Online provides an online platform for purchasing electronic tickets to events. The platform operates in two ways:
Primary sales – tickets sold directly by organizers through the platform.
P2P resale – tickets sold by individual users to other users, where the platform acts as an intermediary.
We are not the organizer of the events. Responsibility for the event lies with the event organizer.
3. Purchasing Process
Tickets can be purchased through the Website by selecting an event, adding tickets to the cart, and completing payment.
After successful payment, tickets are delivered electronically to the email address provided during checkout within 24 hours.
A purchase agreement is considered concluded when we confirm receipt of payment.
4. Pricing and Fees
All prices are displayed in EUR.
Each transaction may include a service fee (2 EUR or 5%, whichever is larger).
For P2P listings, a €0.01 fee applies for posting and authentication.
Cancellation fee: if a Seller cancels their P2P listing later than 6 hours before the event, a €2 cancellation fee is charged.
5. Delivery of Tickets
Tickets are delivered electronically to the email address specified by the Buyer.
The Buyer is responsible for providing correct contact details.
The Company is not liable if an incorrect email address is entered.
6. Refunds and Returns
Refunds for canceled or rescheduled events follow the rules of the respective event organizer.
Service and commission fees are non-refundable.
In case of P2P resale, if the ticket is invalid or already used, the Buyer is entitled to a refund, and the Seller will not receive the payout.
Complaints must be submitted within 24 hours after the event.
7. Buyer & Seller Protection
Funds from a P2P sale are transferred to the Seller only after the event and after the 24-hour complaint period has expired.
In case of fraud suspicion, payouts may be withheld, and the case may be reported to law enforcement authorities.
8. User Responsibilities
Users must provide accurate information when buying or selling tickets.
It is strictly prohibited to sell fake, invalid, or already used tickets.
The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts in case of rule violations.
9. Limitation of Liability
The Company is not the organizer of events listed on the Website.
We are not responsible for the content, quality, or execution of the events.
Our liability is limited to the amount of the ticket price paid through the platform.
10. Dispute Resolution
Any complaints should be submitted to info@protickets.online

If a dispute cannot be resolved directly, the Buyer may contact the Consumer Rights Protection Centre of Latvia (PTAC) or use the EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform.
11. Final Provisions
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia.
The Company may update or amend these Terms at any time by publishing a new version on the Website.
Continued use of the Website constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
