At ticketspro.lv, we strive to provide a secure and reliable platform for buying and selling event tickets. Please read our refund and returns policy carefully before making any transactions.
1. Return Deadline: Tickets must be returned within 2 hours after the event starts.
2. Invalid or Used Tickets: If the ticket is invalid or has already been used, proof must be submitted to confirm that you did not attend the event.
3. Proof: Video or photo evidence must be provided, indicating the date and time, and it should not be edited using video editing software.
4 Review Period: The review of submitted evidence may take from 5 to 15 business days.
5. Response: A response will be sent to your email or phone number.
6. Unfair Selling: If it is determined that the seller acted unfairly (ticketspro.lv), you will be refunded the full ticket price in the form of a voucher, and you will also receive a 10% compensation.
Data entry: To resell a ticket, you must provide all the necessary information, download the ticket on our platform, and include the purchase receipt (if available).
Review time: Tickets are reviewed within 2 to 4 hours, depending on the volume of requests.
Pricing: The seller sets the price. If the original ticket price is €40 and you sell it for €80, a 10% commission will be applied to the amount over the original price. If you sell the ticket at its original price (e.g., €40), the commission is €2.
Fraud policy: Attempting to sell fake or stolen tickets will result in your account being deleted, and your IP address will be permanently blocked. The platform is not responsible for any fraudulent activitie
